Trail Bikes is an online warehouse distributor of Honda performance and restoration parts. Please keep the following in mind prior to placing an order:
- We do not take phone orders or walk in business.
- We request all pre-purchase product correspondence to be done via email
- Ordering is to be done utilizing our Online Catalog.
Our online ordering system allows us to keep our prices low and to ensure accuracy of your product order.

Payment Information:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through our online ordering system, as well as Money Orders.
The pricing listed in our Online Catalog does not include shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Maryland residents will be subject to the 5% sales tax.
Shipping:
We know this is a very important issue to our customers and we will make every effort to assure your purchase is shipped to you in a timely manner. All packages will be shipped via UPS Ground.
General Information about our shipping procedures:
- We ship Tuesday through Friday excluding holidays.
- Please allow 2 business days to process and prepare your package. However, orders placed by 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time typically go out the next day.
- Using the information above and the chart below, you can estimate how long it will take for your package to arrive. If your package does not arrive within that timeframe, please feel free to email us to check on the status.
Backorders:
We stock all items listed in our Catalog and do not use drop ship from other vendors to fulfill orders. On occasion, an item will run out of stock prior to the webmaster updating the website with a note mentioning the item is out of stock. Should this situation arise on an order, we will notify you of the approximate date we expect the part to be back in stock and you will have the option to go ahead with the order or cancel it for a full refund.
International Orders:
Sorry, but we no longer ship internationally due to numerous problems with overseas shipping. If you are from Canada, we can recommend shops that carry our performance items. Please email for information.
Returns:
Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction with your purchases and returns. If a fulfillment mistake is made on our part, we will correct the error by covering any return shipping costs including shipping the correct part or providing a refund for the part in question.
All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. We list the Honda model for each part we sell. If your model is not listed for a particular part, please don’t assume it will work. If you have any questions regarding a part and/or application, please email your inquiries prior to ordering.
The following guidelines are required for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- All returns must have original manufacturer information (if applicable).
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Items must not be scratched, scarred or damaged by installation.
- Kits must not have any missing parts.
There are no Returns, Exchanges or Credits for the following items:
- Electrical Parts
- Special Ordered parts
Refunds will be provided by company check within 2 weeks of return.
All returns must be accompanied by a (RGA), Return Goods Authorization number. You can request an RGA number by sending an email to hondatb@aol.com

In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties that cause problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, Trail Bikes will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. Trail Bikes will not be held responsible for any miscalculated totals due to server errors.
